Sharks find the missing ingredient

It is a time-worn cliché and all coaches are guilty of over-using it at some stage, but for the Cell C Sharks it was nonetheless apt after the season they have had so far for the coaching staff to laud the character that was shown in their spirited 12-11 win over the Chiefs at the weekend.
