Seattle edge Glendale to claim inaugural Major League Rugby title in the USA

The inaugural season of Major League Rugby in the USA came to a close as the Seattle Seawolves defeated the Glendale Raptors 23-19 in San Diego. While both sides scored three tries apiece, the Seawolves penalties made the difference.  The opening 40 minutes proved to be a defensive battle with the Seawolves taking an 8-7 lead into the break.
