Scarlets target Super Rugby champion

According to reports in New Zealand Scarlets could sign former New Zealand u20s and Crusaders looseforward Jordan Taufau. 

The bruising blindside who came close to All Blacks selection in 2016 may have run out of patience with Vaea Fifita and Liam Squire all ahead of him in the pecking order.

Taufua, a strong ball carrier but lacking height, may feel the time is right to move on and take his chances abroad. 

Scarlets will have to battle it out for the Super Rugby champion's signature with multiple clubs in Japan and France reportedly interested.
