Saints bring in Canadian prop

Northampton Saints have announced the signing of Canada international prop Jake Ilnicki until the end of the 2016/2017 season.

The 24-year-old tighthead has 18 caps for Canada, including starting all three Autumn Internationals this past November. He has played rugby all across the world, in New Zealand for Manawatu, as well in Australia's National Rugby Championship and in the inaugral season of the new American professional league.

Illnick has arrived at Franklin's Gardens and will make his club debut in tonight's Aviva ' A ' league clash with Leicester.
