Ryan Bower banned for 2 weeks

Ryan Bower of Worcester Warriors appeared before an independent disciplinary panel yesterday following his red card in the 68th minute of the match against Bristol Bears on Sunday 7 October 2018.

This was for dangerous play in a ruck, contrary to Law 9.20 (making contact with an opponent above the line of the shoulders).
 
Bower accepted the charge and was given a two-week suspension by the independent panel comprising Daniel White (chair) with John Murphy and Nigel Stelling. Bower is free to play again on 23 October 2018.
