Richie Williams to depart Cambridge Rugby

Cambridge Rugby can today announce that Head Coach Richie Williams will be stepping down from his role following the Championship fixture vs Bedford Blues on Saturday 28th December.
Richie has led the club since 2018, becoming one of the longest serving Head Coaches, including guiding the team from the bottom of National League One to promotion to the Championship in 2023.

Anthony Allen will take on the role of Head Coach on an interim basis, and will be supported by forwards coach Neil Harris, whilst the club review and consider the coaching team options ahead of next season.
