Rees returns as Blues travel to Ulster

Hooker Matthew Rees returns to captain the region as Cardiff Blues travel to Belfast to tackle high-flying Ulster Rugby at the Kingspan Stadium in the Guinness PRO12 on Friday night (kick-off 7.35pm).
