Premiership Highlights: Saracens v Worcester

Saracens were made to work extremely hard for their 25-17 home win over the Worcester Warriors in round 11 of the Premiership. Worcester got off to a fast start, running in two early tries to build a 14-0 lead. Saracens pulled three points back with a penalty before crossing for their first try to make it 14-8. Worcester extended their advantage with a penalty before Saracens kicked their second on the stroke of halftime to trail 17-11 at the break. Saracens scored their second try 12 minutes into the second half to edge in front by a single point 18-17. With just under 15 minutes to play Saracens went over for their third try to give themselves some breathing room with an eight point lead. There would be no further changes to the score line despite both teams best efforts to pick up bonus points at the death as Saracens ground out the home victory.
