My job in Connacht - former Connacht player McPhillips

Conor played with Connacht for five seasons from 2003-08, earning 120 caps. He was top try scorer with 32 tries until Fionn Carr surpassed him in 2010. When he finished playing with Connacht, he returned to his home town of Dublin to play and coach with St Mary's and was also director of rugby with Newbridge College.
