Montpellier coach fired

Less than 24 hours after Montpellier avoided Top 14 relegation, head coach Patrice Collazo has been fired.

Former England assistant coach Richard Cockerill started as the coach. After a bad start, he was fired. In comes Patrice Collazo.

Didier Bès, Antoine Battut, Benson Stanley, and Jérémy Valls will remain in their positions.

Ex-hooker Joan Caudullo and scrum-half Benoît Paillaugue are reportedly leading the way for top roles, with the former expected to land the top job.

Bernard Laporte,will go from sporting director to deputy president.
