Miles Mantella has agreed to join London Scottish for his second spell with the club after departing Ealing Trailfinders.
Mantella, who has been training with the squad since they came together at the start of June, will re-join the Exiles after three seasons away from The Athletic Ground.
“It is fantastic to welcome Miles back to London Scottish," said Director of Rugby Dave Morris.
"Although before my time, it is obvious the respect and affection London Scots have for Miles from his previous endeavours for the club. The club means a lot to Miles and that will rub off on the new players to the club. Above all, he is a very good rugby player with an excellent rugby brain.”
A product of Milfield School, Mantella spent three years at Harlequins in their Academy before agreeing to join London Scottish after a brief spell with England 7s in 2010.
In four years with the Exiles, Mantella scored 43 tries in 79 appearances and made himself known for his impressive finishing and devastating speed. He was part of the remarkable side who made the Championship playoffs, a side which also included Mark Bright, who has also returned to The Athletic Ground.
