LNR Announce Plans To Boost PROD2 & Top 14 Global Coverage

The LNR, the governing body of the Top 14 and PROD2, have appointed French broadcaster Canal+ to market the International broadcast rights for the two leagues for the 2019/20 to 2024/25 seasons.
According to the release from the LNR, the broadcasting expansion of the two leagues on an international front is high on the priority list of the organisation.
To date, the Top 14 is broadcasted in 190 countries while the PROD2 is shown in 70.
Part of the plans with the new expansion will see 4 of the 7 games shown globally with commentary and post-match interviews being done in the language of the country that it is being aired in.
