In the end it did not look as though the Italians were going to trouble the scores in anyway. The game ended similarly to the previous encounter these two sides had in Rome. However this time New Zealand managed to score tries more and also keep out the Azzurri from scoring as they won 66-3. This included a hattrick from Damien McKenzie and four tries by Man of the Match Jordie Barrett.
