A game full of action results in the home side coming away with a bonus point win at the Rec. Despite Worcester putting the pressure on Bath from early on their efforts were not enough to tomaintain their 7:8 lead after 22 minutes. Two quick tries at the end of the half for Bath, one from Bled and the other from Tapuai, saw the hosts go 19:8 ahead at the half time mark. Worcesterskicker Jamie Shillcock went over for a try to open the scoring in the second half but this was answered by Aled Bled for his second of the afternoon. A dangerous spear tackle at 62 minutes saw Freddie Burns see red but his side put in a momentous shift to retain the lead with 14 men until the final whistle. This result is Worcesters 6th consecutive loss of the season while Bath moveup to 5th place.
