Cooke And Instonians To Benefit From New Shaw's Bridge Gym

A new state-of-the-art gym at Shaw's Bridge Association was officially opened on Monday by Ulster players Nick Williams, Franco van der Merwe and Ian Humphreys, who were joined by Cooke RFC President Ken Gibson and Instonians RFC President Michael Hunter.
