Former England winger Chris Ashton looks set to leave Harlequins at the end of the season with the 33-year-old attracting the interest of suitors locally and abroad.
According to The Rugby Paper, Ashton could follow a long list of English stars to head to Japan's Top League while three Premiership clubs are interested in his services.
Ashton returned to the Premiership from France in 2018 linking up with Sale Sharks having broken the Top 14 season try-scoring record by scoring 24 tries in the domestic competition. He left the Sharks in March 2020 after he and Sale reached a mutual agreement to terminate his contract with the winger joining Harlequins shortly afterwards.
The third-highest ever try-scorer in the Premiership has also been linked with a move back to his former club Northampton Saints as well as Worcester Warriors and Newcastle Falcons in recent weeks.
Ashton has made 8 appearances for Harlequins, just two this season, scoring two tries.
The speedster has scored 20 tries in 44 England Tests, with his last international cap coming in February 2019.
