New Zealand retained the Bledisloe Cup after a convincing 43-5 hammering of Australia in what was also the start of the Tri-Nations Championship.
New Zealand wrapped up the Bledisloe Cup with a record margin of victory of 38 points (previously 37) after a fantastic first half that saw them lead 0-26 at the break.
Tries from Karl Tu'inukuafe, Richie Mo'unga (2), Dane Coles, Rieko Ioane and Jordie Barrett secured the result and the Cup for New Zealand with Noah Lolesio scoring a try on his test debut for the Wallabies.
Here is how we rated the All Blacks in the record win.
1. Karl Tu'inukuafe - 7
A welcomed return to the starting line for Karl Tu'inukuafe who missed out on a place in the Rugby World Cup squad last year and started on Saturday with Joe Moody sidelined.
He held his own in the scrums while making all of his attempted tackles and carrying well.
He probably should have passed in the 5th minute but there will be few complaints after he managed to step past Nic White and score.
2. Dane Coles - 7.5
Got stuck into the Wallabies like only Dane Coles can. He piled into rucks was accurate at the set pieces and won two turnovers.
He was denied a try after failing to gather Mo'unga's cross-kick but did get a five-pointer before half time and was replaced early in the second half.
3. Ofa Tuungafasi - 6.5
Set a solid platform for the All Blacks to attack from. He made his attempted tackles while had little impact with his carries.
4. Patrick Tuipulotu - 7
Dovetailed well with Whitelock in the lineouts while doing a lot of grunt work up front. Carried strongly and made his tackles.
5. Sam Whitelock - 8
An excessive work rate in the win in Sydney. Superb at the lineout, rucks and on defence, Whitelock worked tireless for 80 minutes and managed to force a turnover. An excellent game from the All Black lock.
6. Shannon Frizell - 6.5
A strong game from Frizell was ended by yellow card for a high shot on Jordan Peteaia. While it was a disappointing way to end his game, Frizell was otherwise solid again.
He made his tackles and carried hard throughout the game.
7. Sam Cane - 8.5
Another outstanding game from the All Black skipper. Cane dished out a number of hefty hits onto Wallaby players and covered most of the pitch in Sydney before being forced off injured.
8. Hoskins Sotutu - 7
Claimed a try assist in his first start for the All Blacks. Sotutu looked like a seasoned international against the Wallabies on Saturday.
He hardly put a foot wrong all game without standing out in the pack. He made his tackles and was a pest at the breakdown winning two pilfers.
9. Aaron Smith - 8
Put in the kind of shift you'd expect him to considering his form this year. Crisp service from the deck, quality kicks from the boot and while he didn't snipe or ask too many questions around the rucks, he did manage two try assists.
Now the 10th most capped All Blacks with 95 and he isn't giving up that starting jumper up anytime soon.
10. Richie Mo'unga - 9.5
Scored two fantastic tries in the first half. Mo'unga mixed it up well for the All Blacks with him and Beauden Barrett combining nicely for Mo'unga's second try.
The pair linked up well all game before Barrett was pulled after the hour mark. Mo'unga also kicked well from the tee missing just one, his effort from the touchline.
Mo'unga also threw a perfect pass out to Jordie Barrett to score a second-half try.
11. Caleb Clarke - 6.5
Saw far less ball than he did last week but he still managed to make 35 running metres.
He came narrowly close to scoring his first test try but was denied by a cover tackle by Koroibete.
12. Jack Goodhue - 7
A solid hour of action from Goodhue. He kept the All Blacks on the front with some excellent carries from the set pieces while he kicked well and shipped the ball on nicely.
13. Anton Lienert-Brown - 8
He shutdown Peteaia well on defence and snuffed out a number of promising Wallaby threats down his channel.
He attacked well too running great support lines and combined nicely with Goodhue.
14. Jordie Barrett - 6.5
Ran a superb line when playing at fullback to score the final try of the game but he still looked somewhat out of position on the wing.
He went to the bin for a leading forearm into contact but was otherwise solid.
15. Beauden Barrett - 8
Tactically, Barrett kicked extremely well in the conditions and put pressure on the Wallabies.
His kick to set up Mo'unga's second try was superb but he did miss a tackle on Petaia and dropped a high ball.
Overall a good game from the playmaker who dovetailed nicely with Mo'unga.
Replacements
16. Codie Taylor - 5
Not quite as impactful as Coles but he did get the job done at the lineouts and scrums.
17. Alex Hodgman - 6.5
Excellent in the scrum and clearing out rucks.
18. Tyrel Lomax - 6
Made his tackles, scrummed well and got stuck into the rucks.
19. Scott Barrett - 5
Busy around the park but still not hitting the highs of 2019.
20. Dalton Papalii - n/a
Made all of his attempted tackles after replacing the injured Sam Cane but wasn't on long enough for a fair rating.
21. TJ Perenara - 6
A few wayward passes after he looked to have copped a hit to the ribs but he stuck up one or two good kicks and made a hit on Tupou close to the line.
22. Ngani Laumape - 7.5
He made good metres from his bulking carries and defended well in a welcomed return to fitness.
23. Rieko Ioane - 7
Scored a try after coming on, on the wing. A threat everytime he touched the ball making two clean breaks.
