Alex Walker signs for London Scottish

London Scottish have confirmed the signing of experienced scrum-half Alex Walker from Ealing Trailfinders for the 2017/18 season.

Walker joined Ealing in 2014, and was made captain before winning the supporters' player of the year award for two successive seasons.

Prior to moving to Vallis Way, Walker represented Wales Sevens as well as wearing the red shirt at Under 18, 19 and 21 level.

He came through the ranks at Newport Gwent Dragons, and played 30 times for them before moving from Rodney Parade to Cardiff Blues.

The scrum-half will add huge strength to the number nine department, whilst competing with Ed Hoadley and Josh Barton for a place in the matchday squad.

Walker is looking forward to a new challenge at the Athletic Ground:
