ABs star Dan Carter in doubt for Tasman clash

Dan Carter's immediate playing future is in doubt owing to another injury.




The star first five-eighth has been hit by a shin problem as he tries to get his game going with Canterbury in the national championship.

He was due to start at No 10 against Tasman this Saturday.




The 32-year-old hasn't played for the All Blacks this year as he recovered from a broken bone in his right leg.




He made a comeback last Sunday in Canterbury's loss to Southland.




He started and got through a half though he appeared to be favouring an injury at times.
