Deegan gives a long cross kick from his own half with Placid having plenty of space to make use of. Placid makes no mistake and gathers the ball with him only needing to dot it down!

Western Force send it wide from the lineout and almost look to like they're going to lose the ball but it is recovered with Thrush getting it into the hands and runnning his way over, celebrating with a big dive!

Western Force come in with another try and a second for Tessmann who mauls the ball over the line!

What a set-piece from the Western Force! They look as though they are going to maul form the lineout but send it to Jooste who runs a brilliant line to break the defence and power over the try line!

Western Force have a cracking start to their second half as Tessmann breaks the line with twenty metres to go to the try line. He hands it over to Lee-Warner who runs the last five metres and takes it over the line!

Western Force maul the ball from the lineout and move the ball fifteen metres before Tessmann dots it over the chalk!
