A magnificent come back by the England U20s. After falling behind to a 10 point lead thanks to Jones's try and attempt at goal, England responded in superb fashion. The visitors showed great determination as they secured 3 tries in quick succession before the half. After the interval, England managed to hold the majority of the possession for the first 20, but were unable to convert this possession into points. However, on Wales' first big attack, England were shown two yellow cards for poor discipline. The drop in numbers allowed Wales to add another try and kick at goal to their tally. However, unfortunately for the Welsh outfit, MOTM Mercer sealed the visitor's victory with his try after a great break along the touchline.
