World Cup Statistics:

USA have played in all but 1 World Cup and scored 32 tries with 300 tournament points

Samoa have played in all but 1 World Cup scoring 68 tries with 585 tournament points

These two sides met each other in the Pacific Cup just over two months ago where the Islanders ran out winners by five points.
The islanders will be without their experienced jumper of Kane Thompson who is serving out a suspension. The Eagles will have their hands full with the man mountain that is Alesana Tuilagi who will no doubt be one to watch.
It is only the second meeting between these two teams in a RWC with the Samoans the victors 8 years ago.
The USA have qualified for all but one RWC but, have only managed 3 victories in 21 previous clashes.

I'm an Irish ex-pat living in Orlando. will be making the effort to get up. another of my rugby team are meeting up to watch it. hopefully USA put on a good show. they did decent enough in the Pacific nations cup

Youd think Samoa will advance to the QF....but USA wont be easy beats....and after this mornings shock win...Japan definately wont be push overs

When USA played them last time, they had several chances within a few meters of the line and simply couldn't put the ball over the line! If they can finish those opportunities, The Eagles will do well.
