The Ospreys take a 10-8 lead over Racing into halftime. The Ospreys picked up a yellow card just six minutes in, with Racing kicking the resulting penalty to open the scoring. The Ospreys hit back with the game's first try midway through the half and added a penalty ten minutes later to make it 10-3. Racing crossed for a try five minutes from halftime to trail by two points at the break.
