RUGBY TACKLES

1) Tackles above the chest should not be allowed
2) Head to the fore of an opponent in a tackle should not be allowed
3) Barging with the head, shoulder or forearm should not be allowed.

This does not take from the tackle, the skill of proper tackles remain. The only element to go will be dangerous tackles that have slipped into the game. 'Physical game' is not to be mixed up with good practice game.

That's how I learnt the game 50 years ago when trust could be placed on your opponent and the ref to ensure you came to no harm
It's a game of ball not a game of maul

Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rugby's live coverage of this evenings coverage of the Pro12. This evening's fixture sees Munster play host to Zebre at Thomond Park. Anthony Foley has had the benefit of welcoming back a number of Ireland internationals into his starting XV. Zebo, Earls and O'Donnell all make a welcomed return with Stander and Murray likely to feature from the bench.
Zebre have less internationals but still have plenty of experience in Geldenhuys, Haimona and Sarto who all start.
