A remarkable second half from the Lions sees them run out 44-29 winners over the Hurricanes after they trailed 22-10 at the break. Two early second half tries saw the Lions level things up at 22-22. But the Hurricanes hit back almost immediately with a try taking them in front at 29-22. The Hurricanes then picked up a yellow card, with the Lions capitalizing on their numerical advantage with a penalty followed by two tries to hit the front 39-29 heading into the final 10 minutes. The Lions had the ascendency and crossed for a final try to take the game out of the Hurricanes reach and book their spot in the Super Rugby Final where they will host the Crusaders.
