Connacht have started this half quite positively. LO on the LR 22m line to the visitors. They set the maul and march forward

Half time and its the home side that take a 9 point lead into the changing room. 40 minutes of scrappy rugby with numerous errors from both sides. Connacht in particular, have been very poor with many of their own errors resulting in La Rochelle's healthy points tally. A very broken game we have on our hands here. A sin bin certainly did not help Connacht's situation but even with that they'll be very disappointed with how they have performed thus far. All credit to LR who have really put it to the Irish Side with a significantly weakened side. Stay tuned for the second half!
