Fantastic half of rugby. Japan dominated possession for the opening 15 minutes, but failed to put any points on the board. Once the Maori team gathered some momentum they looked dangerous and clinical, scoring two tries and a penalty. That did not deflate the Japanese team as the looked to hit back, and they did, with Yamada scoring in the corner. Japan are making this game very difficult for the Maori All Blacks today. I hope that we can see a similar half of rugby in the second 40mins.
