West gets the second half underway for La Rochelle, taken by Ackermann

La Rochelle take a 15-13 lead over Gloucester into halftime. Gloucester opened the scoring with an early penalty, but La Rochelle hit back with a try to lead 5-3. A second penalty put the Cherry and Whites ahead, but that was cancelled out by a La Rochelle shot at goal. La Rochelle then crossed for their second try to open up a 15-6 lead. Gloucester then scored their first try of the match around the half hour mark to trail by just two points at the break.
