Glasgow to kick off!
The Tongan international Sila Puafisi makes his debut for Glasgow and is joined by the returning Fijian second-row Leone Nakarawa and Scotland trio Tommy Seymour, Peter Horne and Gordon Reid.
Depleted since the RWC 15 preparations began, the Ospreys are boosted by the return of Ospreys welcome back several internationals, including the Wales contingent of Eli Walker, Dan Biggar, Justin Tipuric, Dan Lydiate, Aaron Jarvis and Paul James to the starting XV. Today's game may provide an upturn in the Osprey's uninspiring form.
Glasgow will look to continue this promising home form against a struggling Ospreys outfit. Ospreys have won just one of their last six PRO12 fixtures: 25-22 at Treviso on 17th October, whilst the Welshmen's only success in their last twelve visits to Scotland was a narrow 15-14 victory over Edinburgh in February 2012.
Glasgow enter heavy favourites in today's fixture. The reigning champs' only defeat in their last dozen matches at Scotstoun in all tournaments came when they hosted Scarlets in the Guinness PRO12 in the opening round this season.
