A try in both halves by winger Alex Cuthbert gives the Blues a much needed win and pushes into 7th position in the table with 10 points. Edinburgh on the other hand remain at the foot of the standings with just 1 win from 5 games to date. Some impressive bursts of play from both teams but it was the Blues who dominated both possession and also territory that allowed them push clear and to win the match by 17 points in the end. Superb try by the Blues! Playing the ball from inside their own 22 they manage to get the ball through a couple of hands. Halfpenny injects some pace into the ball and breaks the line. Just before he is taken down he feeds Warburton who then through quick hands delivers it to winger Cuthbert who has 20 metres to run before touching down between the sticks. Brilliant try!
