Ultimate Rugby Dec 12

Full time here and Treviso win on a scoreline of 20-15. Zebre's ill-discipline was a major problem throughout and that can be reflected by the fact that they ended the game with 13 men after both Quintin Geldenhuys and Filippo Ferrarini were sin binned for separate incidents in the closing minutes of the game. The home side played the majority of the rugby and were deserved winners overall, a losing bonus point is probably fair takings for Zebre. Thanks for stopping in for our coverage and we look forward to bringing you more top rugby very soon.

Treviso threatening to retake the lead with some good attacking play. Brendan Williams made a telling break down the line before heading the ball infield but some great work from replacement Giulio Toniolatti at the ruck turned the ball over.

Ultimate Rugby Dec 12

Missed penalty from Matt Berquist. 15 in from the touchline, on the 22, he will be disappointed not to have regained the lead for his team. Still 15-14.

TRY ZEBRE. Fantastic start to the second half for Zebre as they march downfield into Treviso territory with Brendon Leonard and Luciano Orquera controlling the attack expertly. And it was Leonard who gave the telling pass to flanker Dries Van Schalkwyk who crossed under the posts. Orquera converted and it's now 15-14 to the visitors.

Ultimate Rugby Dec 12

Half time here at the Stadio Comunale Di Monigo and it's the home side Benetton Treviso who lead 14-8 at the break. They have not had it all their own way however with their Italian rivals Zebre racing into an early 8-0 lead. It was experienced second row Marco Bortolami who crossed for the try. Treviso have responded well though and tries from Cornelius Van Zyl and Manoa Vosawai have propelled them to their current lead.
