And whilst I'm on the topic of leadership. When playing in a team u look to players who can change a game in a second. Players who can always drag the rest kicking and screaming over the gain line and forward. Not so much players who know how to make decisions at penalty time or flipping a coin but players with the X factor who u can rely on to get u going forward. It's arguable that bod just isn't doing that anymore and other players like SOB or faletau or north can and that's who the players will look to at their time of need not someone with a proud and prestigious past

You're right in the fact BOD has made allot of tackles, but on the other hand how many line breaks? And on a sour note how many penalties has he conceded for not listening to the call off the ref.....

If I could change anything in this team I would replace parling with gray, Murray for Phillips and tuilagi for Davies. And I would be tempted to move SOB to 6 and start Tipuric. It is a bit crazy taking out Bod when there is already a lack of leadership but I would say he hasn't performed well enough to merit a start but yes this could be irrelevant when his leadership is so valuable

Garland may win but dropping ur most experience centre just b4 ur last test. when he's on from 23 tackles no miss in 2 tests and has a leadership quality alone in the centre.if Gatland loses with such a talked about bad decision he'll really be putting his new job aspects on hold
