A former Blackrock student, Mark Roche represented Ireland Under-20s at the 2013 World Cup and won the All-Ireland League with Lansdowne in 2015.
A talented halfback, Roche was a founding member of the Ireland sevens squad and was named on the dream team from the London Sevens tournament in 2018 in what was his debut series.
Roche represented Ireland at U18, U20 and Ireland Clubs’ XV.
He helped Ireland qualify for their first Olympics for Tokyo 2020 and was named in the squad for the tournament.
