A pacey winger with plenty of potential Lesley Klim broke into the Welwitschias first team and represented the side in the Currie Cup and previously in the Vodacom Cup.
Klim was called into the Namibian national side in June 2017 and has made an impressive start to his international career. After making his debut versus Spain, Klim has gone on to get seven caps and has touched down for three tries including a brace versus Senegal.
Standing at 6ft 2in, he played a crucial role in Namibia’s defence of the Rugby Africa Gold Cup, scoring a try in their 45-7 win over Kenya to secure Namibia’s third successive title. In December 2017 he headed North to join Championship side Doncaster Knights.
Two seasons at the Ospreys followed for the Namibian before he took his test cap tally to 13 when he featured in the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Capable of covering both centre and wing, he was briefly with the Jersey Reds on loan from the Welsh region but the abondoment of the 2019/20 saw him miss out on the opportunity of him making his debut.
He signed with the Jersey Reds ahead of the 2020/21 season.
