Gallertier usually plays as a blindside flanker or number-eight and is currently contracted to French Top 14 side Montpellier.
In June 2016 he was included in the France team to compete for the autumn tour in Argentina.
As of the 2018/2019 Champions Cup, Galletier has had 26 European Cups appearances scoring 5 tries and 25 points.
He has over 120 caps for Montpellier and 6 caps for his country.
