Born in England's capital city of London, Bailey is winger by trade who began his career in 2002 with Bristol. Having spent time at various clubs after Bristol, including West Country rivals Gloucester and French side Lyon, Bailey linked up with London Wasps in 2012. Bailey has also represented the England sevens side.
