Kent-born Beaton is a former England under 18s and under 20s international who first experienced playing rugby for his local club Maidstone at the age of 11. Initially a No.8/second row, he moved to prop after being scouted by Saracens and joining their Academy in 2016.
Beaton made a loan move for Cornish Pirates ahead of the 2022/23 season
