A product of the Clermont academy system, Etienne has been contracted with the club since 2013.
As a youngster, Falgoux showed off his mobility and his hard work at the breakdown while still thriving in the art of scrummaging.
After a promising start to the season and some convincing appearances with the Espoirs side, Falgoux broke into Clermont first team and hasn't looked back since.
He has become renowned for his scrummaging in the Top 14 and earned called to the France 2019 Six Nations squad as injury cover for Dany Priso.
In May 2019, he signed to remain at Clermont until 2023.
