Laborde started rugby in his early childhood after his father was a scrum-half of the local club.
He joined the Mont de Marsan youth teams at the age of 14.
Physically dominating all the young categories, the robust winger started his professional career at the age of 19 in Pro D2 with Mont de Marsan. He was to be part of the French team during the U20 World Cup but a shoulder injury sidelined him.
In 2019, he signed a deal with Racing 92 and went into the 2020 Top 14 season with 11 appearances for the side.
In November 2020, he signed a deal to remain with the Paris-based club.
