Originally from Perth, Clements attended the renowned Sedbergh School in Cumbria, who's alumni include England internationals Will Greenwood and Will Carling.
The hooker has represented Scotland at U19 level and currently turns out for English Championship side Ealing Trailfinders.
Clements has been included in Scotland u20s squad for the 2018 6 Nations.
