Mosses played 91 times for Bristol and scored on 20 occasions, making him a fan-favourite and also a regular in their match-day squad.
He previously represented England at Under 18 level, and also spent three years with the Bath academy before heading to Bristol.
After four years at Ashton Gate, the centre heads to the Athletic Ground started a new chapter with London Scottish.
