Yoshitaka Tokunaga (德永 祥尭, Tokunaga Yoshitaka, born April 10, 1992) is a Japanese rugby sevens player who has represented his country at various international tournaments. He gained recognition for his participation in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil as a member of the Japan 7s team.

Tokunaga's rugby journey began during his time at Kwansei Gakuin University, where he graduated from. He showcased his talent and dedication by representing Japan in the Under-19 Rugby World Championship and achieving a top-four finish in the All-Japan High School Rugby Tournament.

Continuing his progress, Tokunaga was selected to join the Japanese national team for the World Rugby Under-20 Championship while he was still a university student.

In 2016, his skills and contributions led to his inclusion in the Japanese national men's rugby sevens team for the prestigious 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Tokunaga's performance caught the attention of selectors, and he was subsequently named in Japan's 2017 squad for the June Internationals, where he aimed to add to his four international caps.
