Cadwallader played 10 games for the Manawatu Turbos in the 2015/16 season, all at tighthead prop.
He also spent his time in the New Zealand Under-20s in 2014, but has regularly jersey the No 2 jersey in club rugby during the 2016 season.
He was once again included in the Turbos Mitre 10 Cup squad.
2020 saw him sign a deal with Major League Rugby side Houston Sabercats.
