Paula Latu is a Tongan rugby player who plays in the position of Loosehead prop for Southland Stags in New Zealand. He made his debut for Southland in 2021 and earned the title of Stags Rookie of the Year and Supporters Club Most Promising Player.
Latu has since signed for another two seasons with Southland Stags.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Latu has been named in the training squad for Tonga.
