The likeable lock forward joined Harlequins from Bristol Rugby in 2006 and adapted well to life in the Premiership. He has more than 100 appearances for the first team and is a consistent performer. He is well known for his Jolly Hog and Sausage company that he started with his brother. The Jolly Hog has become a favourite place for hungry Harlequins players to frequent.
