Watch: 'Aaron Smith Greganing Caleb Clarke' to deny the winger a try

Caleb Clarke was denied a certain try after a clever bit of defensive work from Highlanders scrumhalf Aaron Smith.
In the early stages of the Super Rugby Pacific game between the Blues and Highlanders, Clarke looked to be in for a certain try after some neat hands from Bryce Heem and Zarn Sullivan.
The winger sped into space and was just four metres out before Smith managed to dislodge the ball out of Clarke's hands with the Blues winger holding the ball in just one hand.

Steve Lenthall likened the efforts of Smith to that of Wallabies great George Gregan.

Gregan famously denied Jeff Wilson a try during the 1994 Bledisloe Cup match between New Zealand and Australia.
