Wasps suffered two front-row injuries in their defeat to Harlequins and both are unlikely to feature against Bristol Bears next week.
Hooker Tom Cruse went down clutching his shoulder inside the first ten seconds after falling awkwardly in the first collision from the kick-off at The Stoop and was replaced by Gabriel Oghre.
Loosehead prop Robin Hislop arrived in the second half as a replacement for Tom West but looked in a lot of pain and required on-field treatment before being substituted himself with West returning for the last few minutes.
The Scottish forward had only recently returned from a knee injury. Blackett said: "It looked like the same MCL injury he did a while ago maybe a fraction worse."
Wasps also lost Vaea Fifita shortly after half-time which brought Jack Willis into proceedings at The Stoop.
Blackett said: "I think a really really bad finger injury, whether it's tendon issues I don't know, we'll have to see on that one."
He added: "Six days until Bristol, we've got to make sure we look after ourselves, recover and go again come Friday night."
