Nigel Owens to referee PRO14 Final
Nigel Owens has been appointed to referee the PRO14 Final between Glasgow Warriors and Leinster Rugby at Celtic Park this Saturday at 18.30 (local time)
The Welsh official will be assisted by John Lacey (IRFU) and Mike Adamson (SRU) as he holds the whistle for his 180th appearance in the Championship. Ian Davies (WRU) has been appointed as TMO. Full story
Cardiff Blues snap up Will Boyde
The Cardiff Blues have continued building for the future with the signing of Will Boyde on a long-term contract in the Welsh capital.
The popular Welsh back rower was released by Scarlets after five years with the region, where he has made 85 appearances and captained the team on numerous occasions.
Scott Otten signs new deal with Ospreys
Ospreys Rugby have announced Scott Otten as the latest player to sign a new deal with the region.
The 24-year old hooker follows in the footsteps of his old Pentrehafod Comprehensive School, Waunarlwydd RFC, Swansea RFC and Ospreys age-grade team-mate, Nicky Smith, who also put pen to paper on a new contract last week. Full story

Wallabies legend George Smith has announced his retirement from rugby following nearly two decades at the top of the sport.
The 38-year-old has been playing with UK side Bristol this season but was released by the club after a short-term contract, a decision that left his future open-ended. Full story
Santiago Socino to join Jaguares
Newcastle Falcons have today confirmed that hooker Santiago Socino will be returning to his native Argentina to join Super Rugby side Jaguares until December 2021.
The 27-year-old made 34 first team appearances for the Falcons, of which nine were starts. Full story
Ulster confirm the signing of young Munster outhalf
Ulster Rugby have confirmed the signing of Munster outhalf Bill Johnston will move to the Province this summer.
Johnston was a key member of the Ireland U20 side that reached the 2016 World Championship Final, scoring 11 points in the comeback victory over Wales and another 10 in the historic win over New Zealand.
The 22-year-old playmaker was given his Munster debut in March 2017 and has made 12 senior appearances, scoring 29 points.
Toner ruled out of PRO14 Final
Leinster have today confirmed that second rower Devin Toner will miss the PRO14 final against Glasgow on Saturday after sustaining a knee injury in Leinster's 24-9 win over Munster in the semi-final.
The lock had to be replaced in the second half at the RDS after falling awkwardly and was seen on a crutch at full-time with his left knee heavily strapped.
Leinster did not confirm how long Toner will be sidelined for as he will undergo further assessments later this week.
