Former France Captain Retires
Former France captain and hooker Dimitri Szarzewski has announced his retirement from all rugby due to the effects of an accumulation of injuries.
"All these years, I haven't been saved from injuries, but now my body says stop. Rugby hurts," the 83-time international said in a statement.

Wallaby Hopeful McCaffrey re-signs with the Brumbies
In-form Brumbies backrower Lachlan McCaffrey has extended his contract with the club until the end of 2020 after signing a new deal.
McCaffrey, who is in his second stint with the Brumbies having made eight appearances in his first stay in 2014, re-joined the club for the 2018 season and has since become an influential player in the Brumbies pack.
Sunwolves head coach Tony Brown returns to the Highlanders
Sunwolves Head coach Tony Brown will return to a coaching role with the Highlanders in 2020, the franchise confirmed on Thursday.
The former Otago and Highlanders player, Head Coach, and assistant coach to Jamie Joseph during the successful 2015 campaign has been in charge of the Sunwolves this year and is still with Joseph coaching the Japanese national team in preparation for the Rugby World Cup.

Ifan Phillips signs new deal with Ospreys
Ospreys Rugby has announced that hooker, Ifan Phillips, has signed a new contract with the club.
The 23-year old has put pen to paper on a deal which keeps him at the Liberty Stadium until the end of the 2020/21 season.
Mick Kearney signs deal with Zebre Rugby
Zebre Rugby have confirmed the signing of lock Mick Kearney from Leinster.
Kearney will join the side on a two-year deal from next June, having made 51 appearances for Leinster since his debut in 2016.
