Muliaina makes Connacht debut in win over Zebre: After signing for the province in the Summer former All Black international Mils Muliaina finally made his long awaited Connacht debut last night. After missing the last 12 months with an elbow injury the 100 cap former All Black played his part in an impressive 43-3 win over Zebre. The former Blues and Chiefs man will still need a few more games before he finds his rhythm but did well for the 63 minutes he played, playing a huge role in the opening try of the game setting up Danie Poolman who touched down in the corner. Connacht in the end went over the whitewash five times picking up maximum points from the game and move up to fifth in the table in the Guinness Pro12. Other results from the night saw Munster picking up a huge win away to the Dragons and Glasgow losing against the Scarlets. while at Ravenhill, Ulster ended Ospreys unbeaten run in the league and join them at the top of the table with both sides level on 30 points.
Fiji defeat the Eagles in France: After two defeats Fiji were finally victorious this November as they defeated the US Eagles 20-14. With France and Wales getting thebetter of the Fijians in the previous two weeks they ended their tour by defeating the Eagles thanks to tries from Votu and Nagusa. The US put in a spirited performance in the second half after being 15-0 down at the break with tries from Seamus Kelly and Takudzwa Ngwenya bringing them back into the game, but after Votu bagged his second try of the game there was no way back with Fiji ending their November series with a win. The defeat to the Fijians was the final game of their tour with them only winning one of their four games with their win against Romania their only success after defeats to New Zealand, Tonga and of course Fiji.
